October Culinary Club

This past Sunday Allison hosted Culinary Club at her home.  The menu was fantastic!  And we spent the entire evening dining on her deck!  I am thrilled to be a part of this fine group.  You may read about the history of CC here.  We always start off with the appetizer and cocktail…


Beth made these fabulous Sun-dried Tomato Stuffed Mushrooms!  Perfect for any occasion!

Colleen tossed the Apple Pecan Blue Cheese Salad!  Delicious!

We dined on Spicy Lemon Garlic Shrimp for the main entree’!  So yummy, especially with the French bread to dip into the garlic butter!

Once again, CC was a great success!  Allison and I figured we are in our 14th year!  And this is a group that I always have looked forward to each month.  I can envision us enjoying many more meals for many more years!!!
