Using Small Easels

Last weekend, I did some redecorating around the house, and things have been switched around a bit.  In doing so, I discovered I have a collection of small easels…

IMG_5149I love using small easels for display purposes!  Not only do they add a nice touch to whatever you’re displaying, but they also add height and a sense of elegance to the room!

IMG_5150Notice the oil painting has been moved from the opposite wall!

IMG_5153This fabulous ornate door knocker was bought at a dear church friend’s estate sale!  Wouldn’t it be grand on a front door!

IMG_5154This gold ornate easel fits perfectly with the ornate details of the door knocker!

IMG_5156This wonderful plate sits on a “typical” easel but still works because its necessary to balance the weight of the plate!

Enjoy the day!
